If you were booked by us, US Park Lodging, you would have received an email confirmation from usparklodging(at)yahoo.com *and* a 10% non-refundable charge on your credit card. If we did not make your original reservation, your reservation *cannot* be cancelled by us. If that is the case, please contact the company you booked with. You will receive a response to this cancellation request by phone or email within 24 hours of submission on Monday-Friday@12pm and by Monday 5pm if submitted from Friday@12pm-Sunday
