Each room reservation requires a deposit equal to the first night's room rate plus applicable taxes and surcharges. Your credit card will be charged immediately by Xanterra Travel Collection for the applicable deposit on each room reserved. This Deposit will guarantee the reservation for arrival after the normal check-in time.
In order to receive a refund of your deposit, cancellations must be made and a cancellation number received at least two (2) days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made less than two (2) days prior to the scheduled arrival will result in a forfeiture of your deposit. Please note that refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to inclement weather. Failure to arrive on the scheduled arrival date will result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of your deposit.

Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest age 17 or over is an additional $25.00 per night. Rollaway beds are available for $15.00 per night. Rollaways are only allowed in the NON-ADA rooms with one king bed.

Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
Check-in for Thunderbird Lodge is at the Bright Angel Lodge, whose front desk is open 24 hours a day.
