The One-Bedroom Suite provides a spacious living room with a sofa bed and a private bedroom which features a king bed. The private bedroom also features a private bathroom, a spa tub, and a television. The living room offers an electric fireplace, 42" LCD television and a private balcony. There is also a small kitchenette area that includes a microwave, and mini-refrigerator, wet bar and a coffee maker.

Pets Policy:
Pets allowed in first and second-floor rooms only. Pets allowed based on the availability of pet-friendly rooms. Up to 2 dogs per room with an 80-pound weight limit. Additional pet types (cats, birds, etc) may be accepted at the hotel’s discretion. The Pet rate is $25.00 per day with a $100.00 per week maximum.
Rates Policy: Room rates are based on double occupancy. Children 17 and under are free. Adults 18 and over are subject to a $10.00 additional charge per night. Please note there are additional tax fees, including nightly 11% tax, 1% Community sustainability fund, 1% Averill Foundation Contribution, and 12% Hotel Service Fee (year-round).
