Lodging Inside Zion National Park

Nestled in Utah, Zion National Park stands as the first of the state's awe-inspiring wonders. Renowned for its dramatic red and white sandstone cliffs, Zion shares similarities with its neighbors, Bryce Canyon and Arches National Parks.

Spanning 229 square miles, Zion boasts a diverse ecosystem. Encounter 75 mammal species, 289 species of birds, and a variety of reptiles as you explore the park's four distinct life zones - coniferous forests, riparian zones, deserts, and woodlands.

While Zion Canyon reigns supreme, the park offers a treasure trove of geological wonders. Explore mesas, slot canyons, arches, rivers, and buttes. This variety translates into an endless array of activities. Hike, backpack, or go canyoneering. Enjoy bird watching, rock climbing, or horseback riding. Zion caters to all ages and interests, even offering scenic drives along the Zion-Mount Carmel Highway.

Venture north to the Kolob Canyons, a separate section of the park. Here, witness the grandeur of Kolob Arch, one of the world's largest freestanding arches. Explore the canyons and discover a unique perspective of Zion's beauty.

Delve into the history of Mormon pioneers who settled in the region. Participate in ranger-led programs or visit the park's museums, perfect for educational school outings.

Zion National Park attracts millions of visitors annually. With Springdale lodging, you'll be situated close to the park's entrance, with easy access to restaurants and shops in the charming town.
