We loved our stay at Flanigan's. The service was friendly and professional, the room was comforatble and clean. The location was perfect for visiting Zion and walking to a few places for breakfast, dinner and/or groceries. The on-site restaurant, the Spotted Dog was also a good option for dinner. Don't forget too, to make the walk to the top of the hill to see the labyrinth and the view.

This is one of the best resorts I have ever stayed at. From the moment we walked into the reception area we felt so welcome. Elaine at the front desk went out of her way to help us and shared the highlights of this beautiful area. We had never been to the area or resort and would go back in a heartbeat. The rooms were lovely, lots of room and well maintained, the bed was very comfortable and they even had yoga mats in the rooms. It has a perfect, well taken care of rustic feel to it, which is just what you want in Zion National Park. We were planning on just staying one night and were glad we extended for another night. Everyone there including the maintenance person and cleaning staff all seem to be happy and love working together and would do anything to make your stay exceptional.

In Springdale we always stayed at Flanagan's. Best value, most charming, and well appointed! Best meal I have had in a very long time. Outstanding staff and surrounding gardens.

Great views and location to Zion Park. Beautiful grounds, friendly staff. Excellent restaurant! Loved the sound machine, soap, and shampoo.

What a wonderful find!!! Stayed here two nights while in Zion. Would stay a week if I had more time!! The lobby and grounds have a peaceful zen like quality. The rooms are well appointed, clean, and compfy. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. It’s also within a 10 minute walk to the park entrance. I will be back and will definitely stay here again.
