Greeting was not particularly cordial. Room was clean, comfortable, and standard motel-like. Indoor pool area was not ventilated enough for chlorine fumes. Breakfast was low-end. Not a memorable stay.

It was amazing stay ,location ,rooms ,service ,breakfast everything was top notch .I highly recommend it .The front desk staff was cooperative,The rooms ,everyday room service coming up to clean the room and replace toiletteries and towels ,bedsheets etc is what impressed me a lot .Breakfast had a good selection for everyone starting from kids to adults .Entrance is beautiful ,catchy.

I wanted to give shout out to Vereniz and Derek for their warm and friendly welcome to Kelly Inn after 15 plus hours road trip to West Yellowstone. They made sure we had everything we needed to settle at the hotel. Additionally, the gave us very helpful tips to make our Yellowstone National Park a great experience. Thank you!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at The Clubhouse Inn in West Yellowstone. We will definitely stay there again! The hotel is clean, comfortable and very nice! The most important part though was the friendly staff! Vereniz and Derek were very helpful. Most exceptional though was LeeAnn! She was so warm, friendly and gracious! We visited with her every time we went by the front desk and looked forward to seeing her! This was our 40th wedding anniversary trip. When LeeAnn heard about this, we returned to our room after a day of exploring and dinner to find an exquisite bouquet of flowers waiting for us in our room along with a lovely heartfelt message to us! We were so surprised and delighted with this beautiful gesture, we both were emotional! Thank you LeeAnn for this wonderful gift and for becoming our friend! You are amazing!

Had an unexpected stop back in West Yellowstone and stayed at the Club House. I was pleasantly surprised to see familiar faces, Derek & Vereniz from the Kelly Inn checked us in. It was pleasant stay, but i did like the Kelly a little better. Same great service.
