At the check-in we were kindly welcomed by Vereniz and Derek. They gave us a lot of information about our stay and all of the facilities of the hotel. We asked for an extra blanket for one of the beds, which was not a problem at all. Immediately we got one and had a nice chat about our holiday. In the evening we wanted to roast some marshmallows at the fireplace. Once we asked them if that was possible, one of the staff members directly stood up to help us out. We were very happy and pleased with their excellent service.

Jerry & Rita at the front desk were fantastic. Jerry had a great sense of humor, especially since we were laughing and being 3 silly senior ladies. The breakfast is wonderful; our room was great; beds were super comfy. HIGH recommendation 👍👍

We stayed here for two nights in a family suite. Beds were comfortable and two kids slept on pull out couches and never complained about it being uncomfortable. Breakfast was good for a free Continental breakfast. They changed up the food choices each day we were here. We would stay again. For the people complaining about the price, it seems all hotels in this area are very high priced. This hotel was not as high as others but was still clean and comfortable, in our opinion.

Bed was horrible mattress ; as I was leaving saw other room same room 229. The breakfast bar had lots of fruit and good things on it for just your average hotel and a lineup of others at this price considering the manager, but we checked in was telling people he could charge up and down what he wants to I thought what is stingy person charging 370 and not even keeping up with the room This morning politely let him know. The bed was uncomfortable and he just looked down and said he would check it out. He was not apologetic and didn’t show the picture.

Exceeded my expectations. Clean, quite, and comfortable. The staff was helpful in always pointing us in the right direction. Enjoyed our stay and none of the kids wanted to leave. Had a large enough room (small apartment) to fit my family if 8. Cost was worth every penny especially with a hot breakfast. Everything within walking distance. The staff was great and professional. Night counter women not friendly, very negative attitude, but didn't have to deal her much.
