Her attitude was very nasty and she shouldn’t be working the front desk . She was a bigger white lady . And the bigger tan skin girl the next day wasn’t very friendly either maybe y’all should do a little house cleaning on your employees.Everything else was great but there is no customer service whatsoever. Breakfast IS NOT FREE we were told it’s $18 per person. The room was clean and had everything we need.

No Black-out Curtains

In fact, the curtains were so sheer that we wondered if you could see inside the room from the parking lot or street. The street light that was outside our room lit up the entire room, and the headlights of someone pulling in to park seemed like a spotlight.
Excellent base for Yellowstone National Park

The bathroom was very small with the sink outside in the room. We weren’t charged the dreaded $15 resort fee but I don’t know if that was because of my Platinum status or an oversight. The hotel still has free ice cream, cookies, coffee and tea in the lobby in the afternoon. Very close to the west entrance of the park.

On a recent trip to Yellowstone we stayed at the Brandin' Iron Inn and paid $277 for a night in a room that should have gone for less than$100. The room was dark, the bathroom was small, the TV reminded me of a dorm TV, the ac was noisy, the bed mattresses had both seen better days. And while the area designated for breakfast was clean and inviting the breakfast left much to be desired. One positive, the couple (I assume managers) at the front desk were friendly.

Do not stay here after a day in Yellowstone

First the tv remote did not work and took over an hour for maintenance to get the tv working for us. It was appreciated that they did come and fix it but by the time it was fixed we were ready for bed. Got up the next morning to take a bath in the jetted tub but the water was cold. Went down to talk to the front desk about it but there was a note saying front desk would return at 7am. Left a note with the lady who worked in the restaurant but she said she knew nothing out how the front desk was run. No one ever got back to me. Also the room had bad mold. My mother and I couldn’t stop coughing the whole night. Was really looking forward to a relaxing night after being in Yellowstone all day but that didn’t happen.
