There is no elevator here. You can walk across the street to City Market. Breakfast was the usual basic buffet and refreshed frequently. Our room was two queens and was decent sized, with the usual amenities. Small refrigerator kept our liquids very cold. The bathroom seemed to be sized for a six year old. The toilet was the shortest I've ever seen, as was the sink vanity and tub. The shower had good pressure. The internet was strong enough for me to process photos when it was working, but it was down for an entire afternoon. The pool was completely dry and unavailable. The website did not indicate that. We had planned for mornings at the park, and some pool time in the afternoon, so were disappointed. We often stay in Best Westerns as you can predict that you'll get decent accommodations for a reasonable price. I would look at other options in the area before I stayed in this one again.

The 4th day we came back from a dat trip and the room was still not cleaned! I talked to Morgan the front desk girl. She said she texted the cleaners to head to our room. Never showed up. When I went back and talked to her she said she couldn't do much since she's only the front desk girl. I've use to like coming here.......terrible stay this time.
Also 2yrs running and they still haven't fix the indoor OR outdoor pools!?!

However, the breakfast is one of the best at any best western. There is a very good Mexican restaurant just down the street that you can walk to. Rooms are nice and clean. Do not hear any outside noise, but I would ask to be close to the breakfast area.

Amount was $207, online rate was $162 but we had no access from vehicle. Arrived to find many people waiting in parking lot. Note on door that power was out, no one could enter, door locked. Eventually gal came to door, cracked it open and said we could not enter. When we asked were told 2-3 hours and this was already 5:45 pm. Told her we couldn't wait and needed a cancellation. She took our name and said she would do that. The very least she could have done was tell everyone else waiting in lot. Could tell they only found out when we told them as we walked back to our car to leave. Also looking at the outside of this motel, and knowing the area, it is old and looks like it has no elevator.

The Best Western is about one hour from Cliff Palace of Mesa Verde National Park. The room was average. The breakfast was good. The parking was easy. The room rate was good.
