We booked a suite room. The bed was very comfortable and the room clean. Front desk personnel was friendly. The manager advised us that they have an early to-go breakfast which was perfect for us being that we left the hotel each morning at 430a to make sure we got the coveted parking at our hiking choices in the park. Breakfast (danish or muffin, water, fruit) was ready and waiting for us both days. There are many things to see in this area including downtown Whitefish. The proximity to the park entrance was important to us as well. We did not eat at the sit-down breakfast. Room had a fridge which we used for our hand-made lunches. If you want room service you have to specifically ask for it.

Service was horrible. The toilet overflowed and made us switch rooms. They canceled our shuttle 3 times after booking them a week in advance. The day we were leaving we had a shuttle to take us to the airport and canceled it. The worker was mean to my dad on Father’s Day and yelled at my 8 year old sister. They threw away a boot we left in our room instead of putting it in the lost and found and my dad and sister had to dig in the trash.

Was looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub after a day of hiking, very disappointed to find it was out of service upon arrival. Would have stayed elsewhere had we been forewarned. The person at the front desk seemed to indicate it wasn’t just a one day problem , but no real specifics were given.

This was the best Hotel we have stayed in next to the Olympic Best Western in Venice Italy. Great bed, pillows, sleep, and fantastic hotel with a games room for kids and a large dinning room. Great entry with extremely nice staff. Also a shuttle.

This is just a run down property, and too bad, such a nice area. Can tell the ownership group is horribly downright cheap, probably sleazy too. Rooms not nice, breakfast nasty, parking lot unsafe. Highly recommend staying elsewhere. Just nasty.
