Property is looking a bit tired but our room was clean & tidy with a strong A/C, comfy bed & good pillows. Easy walk to restaurants & shops. Kind & helpful staff. Would stay again.

This is a beautiful hotel located in Moab. We were so pleasantly surprised at how clean and decorated this hotel was. I had booked it via the app, then read trip advisor reviews and became concerned - all I can say is those with negative reviews much not have stayed at the same property we stayed at. We travel a lot, and this hotel is well decorated, I would even call it country chic to a certain extent. Our room was very large, comfortable, clean, no issues with anything. The breakfast was wonderful, fresh and hot. We couldn't have asked for a better nights stay. We highly recommend this location in Moab.

Our room was very clean and unlike some of the other reviews, we found no bugs. We are from Florida so if we did, we would not have made a big deal over it. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet. My wife loved the pool. It is convenient to all shopping and restaurants in Moab. The breakfast was good, and the staff were very nice.

Cockroaches

I was greeted in the morning with dead and dying cockroaches in my room and right outside. So disgusting. Not sure if the roaches or the chemicals to kill them (and maybe me) were worse. Couldn’t leave fast enough.

This Best Western has the easy motel rooms that open out into a well lit spacious parking lot that had trees that provided shade. The rooms are updated and very clean and ours had a quite large refrigerator for a motel which was a bonus. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was tasty with lots of options. There was a fun coffee machine in the lobby and an indoor waterfall feature. This Best Western was across the street from some very cute shops, tasty restaurants and a park near the river. It was the perfect place for a home away from home went on vacation.
