This Hilton property is the worst we have stayed at. The staff was not welcoming or very friendly. There seemed to be an attitude of not caring about our stay or our business. As a Hilton member of many years we did not expect this. We checked out early because of this and now even though we were only there for one night, really 12 hours, they are charging us for two nights just to be stinkers! The only nice person was their driver, Mark, who was helpful. If a propery is no into the welcoming, hospitality business they should get out of it! We have traveled for years and have never received such uncordial service from a Hilton property. Diamonds have always received complimentary breakfast and that was done for the last 40 years, but we had to "negotiate" for breakfast, and this for a cancer survivor and brain tumor survivor and diabetic . But they didn't care or show one ounce of compassion. Honestly, this entire stay was a waste of time and money. It is an experience I wish we had avoided. It kind of ruined things for an older couple who hoped to have one last "bucket" list trip while we could. Stay away from this Hilton Garden Inn so you don't have to experience the heartache we did and the disappointment. This management should leave the industry.

Nice and clean property...a bit expensive

Hotel room was spacious and very clean. Our view was towards the airport at the back of the hotel and it was awesome to watch all the helicopters and private planes take off in the morning. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We felt the nightly rate was expensive for what you get but all the hotels in the area seemed to be charging around the same rate. Hotel was quiet but the windows in the room don't open which is a shame since we prefer to sleep with fresh air as opposed to the air conditioning.

The building is nice and pretty and so are the grounds/landscaping. The rooms are nice and spacious and furnished well. The beds are not quite as comfortable as they could be and the pillows are very uncomfortable. Room was clean, except for the coffee maker was dirty. The staff I interacted with was friendly. But this hotel is way overpriced. And on top of that, the worst thing in my opinion is that they charge $16 for their breakfast (!) which consists of the cheap and not so tasty breakfast food that most hotels around the country give away for free.

Never again

I had booked our stay in May of 2024 for a trip in August 2024 for three rooms for three nights. I did not receive an email for the reservations therefore I had to call and confirm. I had requested that our rooms be close and two be adjoining, I even called in July and a week before our arrival to see if we could get adjoining rooms, I was reassured both phone calls that it would definitely be possible for this request. Mind you the phone call a week before our trip cost about $30.00 as I kept being put on hold, being hung up on and left numerous voicemails to confirm our arrival. Their phone manner was so very unprofessional and poor. Upon our arrival, they could not find our reservation, spelt our last name wrong after confirming the drivers license. The manager had helped them with the process and had mentioned that he’d give us a discount for the remaining two rooms, but we did not get the discount; the manager even denied saying that which we both had clearly heard him say that. We had been staying at this place for over 10 years when we travel to Kalispell, we have never been so turned off by this establishment until now. As staff in the past were professional and welcoming, these yahoos are not which is so sad.

First off this property is beautiful!! Lovely lobby area and outside seating area was really nice!! There is a lot in the area to do and see and many restaurants in walking distance! Our room was big and clean and relatively quiet that is once we were actually able to check in!! Stopped at around 12:30 to see if there was any way for a little bit of an early check in- front desk guy told us they were having a big turnover of rooms but said he checked and someone cleaning our room right at that time so it would ready 2:30 or 3 at the latest-3 is regular check in so we just went for lunch to kill time- arrived back at 3 only to be told by a different clerk that “I’m not sure what they doing back there?” No idea who “they” were but I told her we were there 2 and a half hours earlier and were told our room was being cleaned then and there is no way it takes that long to clean a room!! She went in back and came out and gave us a different room!! When we went to our room they were only then cleaning the room we were supposed to have originally stayed in which was 425 !! So the first guy blatantly lied to us!! Also the restaurant that is adjacent to the hotel does not honor our Hilton Diamond food and beverage credit which is crazy! For almost 400 a night maybe try another property
