We stayed at the Lower 40 Ranch Cottage. It may be the best place we have ever stayed. The views from the house were beautiful. It was close to both Bryce NP and Grand Staircase Escalante. We also drove 2 hours to and 2 hours from Zion NP one day. The kitchen was fully equipped. There was also a wood burning stove and heater. We used the woodburning stove when we stayed in on a snowy day. The bed was very comfortable. We had all we needed. We also enjoyed watching and talking to the horses and mules. The dark skies were a plus as well. It was a great place to stay and we will definitely try to stay there again if we are in the area. Thank you so much.

Convenient location about 15 minutes to Bryce Canyon. Super clean and comfortable with friendly service. Rooms were spacious and cozy. Pizza shop next door and coffee shop at the front desk. Great value. Loved that we could park right outside our room.

These are very nice cabins. Roomy. Squeaky clean. Perfectly located if you are exploring Bryce Canyon. There is a great pizza restaurant right next door. We loved our stop in Tropic. The only constructive thing I’ll mention is the wood/lacquer smell inside. They covered the wood with some lacquer and the smell is very strong. If you are smell sensitive, just keep that in mind.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bryce Canyon Inn. The rooms are modern rustic. So comfy and cozy! Every employee was friendly and helpful. Loved the coffee shop! The banana bread is amazing! Just what I needed to get my day ready for hiking! Pizza place was delicious! Location excellent. I’d definitely stay here again!

Wavered on whether to stay in Bryce City or Tropic, and so pleased I chose tropic and Bryce Canyon Inn. Cozy cabin with a fireplace e, beautiful scenery including The Milky Way. Warm hospitality, and fun locals in the coffee shop at breakfast. Book it, you’ll be happy with your choice.
