Amazing hotel experience!

We had an amazing few nights here while visiting Zion. The front desk personnel go out of their way to welcome you, suggest dining, and answer any questions we had. The room was immaculate with a very comfortable bed. Our king suite was spacious with a sofa, counter area, and large wooden table/desk which separated the sitting area from the king bed. What a wonderful stay! After a day of hiking, we slid into the jacuzzi and relaxed to end our day.

Hannah was awesome. We did a road trip from Tampa ending in Las Vegas staying at Hampton Inns all the way and this one was outstanding. Check-in was fast and they were ready—rooms are spotless and some of the best—we recommend this hotel highly.

The location and staff are excellent. Having to pay for parking does seem odd since the hilton property down the street does not charge for parking.
The hotel is older, and my biggest issue with the stay was the noise of the heater/ac unit. Even with earplugs in, it was hard to sleep at night whenever it cycled on.

What a beautiful property! Everyone was so helpful and nice, but we especially appreciated Johnny at the Front Desk. He made excellent dinner recommendations and was quite helpful in other areas as well. We will definitely be recommending this property to our friends.

The hotel is very nice. At check in, Johnny assisted us and went above and beyond to help us with everything from restaurants to how to use the shuttle to the park and beyond! We had a few problems with our room (the fan on the AC wasn’t working correctly and the floor shook from the laundry below us) and we we were immediately upgraded to a lovely room on the second floor. I can’t say enough about the friendliness and professionalism of the entire staff!
