Couldn’t have asked for a better location. Close to everything. We got the two bedroom unit and found it perfect for two friends. The fireplace was great. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and effective. They have a outdoor fireplace going every night where you can roast s’mores. We didn’t partake as we were always so tired from a full day of activities but still was neat to see. Has a small refrigerator, microwave and little dishwasher isn’t the room. Not much room to put groceries but I suspect most people don’t really do much cooking. Only one little critique is the two exterior doors need better weather stripping. You could feel wind/cold air blowing in. We didn’t have a problem staying warm in the bedrooms but the hallway was cold and front room, when the fireplace wasn’t running, could get quite chilly. Definitely want to go back in the shoulder season and stay here again.

Adorable and cozy cabins

Absolutely no complaints, we can’t wait to come back to visit!!!! The rooms are very spacious & updated. Brand new TV, comfortable bed, warm fireplace, cozy cute & clean! Lots of extras like hair dryer, toiletries, binoculars, broom, shovel, ice maker, fridge, dishwasher, cute Yellowstone coffee mugs, games, books, smores kits for the firepit, etc. So many nearby activities— very close walking distance or a short drive to everything! In town but feels secluded which is the best of both worlds!

Not as expected

They are close to the west entrance to Yellowstone NP. Staff was not the most personable and checked us into a room that was either occupied or never cleaned. Breakfast was dismal. The food choices were not good (bread, muffins, hard boiled egg, rolled tortilla, etc. We were told we could partake in breakfast even though the cabins do not include breakfast. The fireplace in our cabin never worked even after maintenance looked at it and told us it never works. The second room we were assigned was clean but not comfortable. We did not get our original choice but rather a poor, two room cabin with two separate beds. Shower worked well, dishwasher included, small refrigerator, huge TV. A chain this big should have had their ducks in a row but they didn't seem to care or even check in with us after check in. Will consider alternate lodging next year.

A good place to stay. Do a walk through first.

Published Date: Oct, 18, 2024 Travel Date: Oct, 1, 2024 Rating: 4 This is a hotel and cabins complex in town. The cabins are newer and have a kitchenette with cooktop, fridge, microwave and dishwasher and a gas fireplace. We also had access to the hotel’s pool, fitness center and free laundry.
We contacted the front desk four times during our four night stay for various maintenance tasks: the fireplace wouldn’t light, the safe was locked, the refrigerator’s freezer was iced up and there was no hot water briefly. All of these items were addressed immediately. They had to come back twice for the fireplace. We were satisfied with their prompt response, but all of these issues could have been addressed with closer attention to periodic maintenance. Overall we were happy with our stay.

The cabins are near the west entrance of the park, and come with access to the indoor pool and free laundry service at the Gray Wolf lodge (easy walking distance across the street). The cabins are new, clean, and came with rainy day activities (games, books to read), as well as binoculars and walking sticks! There is a communal fire pit to roast complimentary s’mores, and on some nights you can hear the wolves howling from the conservation center across the highway. The gas fireplace in the cabin was cozy.
The beds were comfortable, bathroom shower had great water pressure. Service was excellent. We would definitely stay here again!!!
