Steer clear from Bryce Country Cabins!

The office was dark and the doors were locked! I had to drive around town trying to find another room and the management refused to refund my money! I ended up having to pay for two rooms in one night! Don’t get screwed like I did, steer clear from this horrible excuse for a hotel!

While ours was compact it was very clean and had fitted in lots of useful amenities. The bed was comfortable and the air con was welcome in cooling the room. Outside we could enjoy a drink overlooking the fields towards mountains on the picnic tables. The location is very convenient for Bryce Canyon and close to town for dinner and breakfast. A shout out to I.D.K Barbecue and Bryce Canyon Coffee in Tropic.

Published Date: Oct, 9, 2024 Travel Date: Oct, 1, 2024 Rating: 1 We stayed here in Oct 24. We were organised and booked in advance only to find out that after we booked they had a sale that included 40% off for the second night. We asked if this could be honored. It wasn’t so much that the answer was a no, we expected it might be, but the rudeness in which it was delivered. We were then sternly told about all the rules in the cabin - not staining towels, keeping cabin clean etc. when my kids asked where to pet the animals the lady only said rudely to them that there were chickens and you can’t touch any animals. On the 2nd night I fell sick with an asthma attack. My husband went to ask for a 10:30am check out instead of 10am but no one man’s the office until 3pm so we couldn’t ask. At 10:01 when we were packing the car, housekeeping arrived. We asked for a few more minutes because I had been sick overnight and we were again met with rudeness that 10am is checkout and there are no exceptions. We mentioned that we felt we would write a bad reviews based on our experience and the housekeeping yelled out of her ute window that she would do the same!
It’s a shame because there was nothing wrong with the cabins. They were clean and spacious however the rudeness of all staff involved really gave our holiday from Australia to the USA a sour note. We were not asking for hrs extra, just a few more minutes after a rocky night. We were packed and in the car at 10:07am. My husband was visibly packing the car at 10:01 when they came around. This treatment of a customer who paid full price which isn’t cheap is disgusting. We travel the world with our family and this is the first poor review I have ever written. There are so many roadside cabins along Bryce and Tropic, I suggest you try another one!
A wonderful place to stay!

By far, this was our favorite and the best place we stayed!! Bryce Country Cabins were clean, spacious, comfy & well kept cabins. They were so cute, had everything we needed & the scenery surrounding us was amazing. Many places to eat nearby. Each couple had their own cabin. Check in after 3:00 was easy & fast. Very sweet & informative host! We all said we wished we could have stayed longer! We would definitely recommend. All the parks were amazing, all different sights to see, but Bryce Canyon was our favorite with the most spectacular scenery!!

Published Date: Sep, 30, 2024 Travel Date: Sep, 1, 2024 Rating: 4 My husband and I spent a night in one of the individual cabins. The ambiance felt appropriate for a trip to Utah. The cabin is located on a farm, with cows greeting us at the fence as they ate dinner and a rooster wishing us a good morning. (We were already awake for our Bryce Canyon tour or we probably wouldn't have heard him). The cabin was clean with a nice bathroom and good towels. The views were lovely and we were within a short walking distance to dinner. The registration building also hosts an ice cream shop. Bonus! The cabin is located right on the road, but we didn't hear a lot of vehicular noise. (Again, we were awake pretty early anyway). The cabin was reasonably priced and our Bryce Canyon tour guide had no problem picking us up from this location. I would recommend BCC to anyone staying in the area.
