Stunning location, can’t imagine how beautiful it will be when the main lodge renovation is complete. Our room was completely renovated, gorgeous and thoughtfully done. We had a spectacular view of the Colorado River and areas of Arches National Park along with the absolutely spectacular drive on the Scenic Bypass. 10 out of 10.

My husband and I loved this lodge and it’s going to get better with their new building. The drive there by the Colorado River is breathtaking. Staff was friendly and breakfast was very good. Room was excellent! Great shower and soft beds. Walk out to quiet of nature (except for the ac making noise). It’s two levels with a kitchenette

The resort is located at a stunning place. The room was really nice. The management adviced us that reception area was closed for refurbishment. What I found frustrating was that the only restaurant open in the resort had a very limited menu for dinner, and no alcohol served. Just a beer after the whole day hiking looking at the sunset would have been perfect…but no way. And you are far from Moab. So do not expect much from the place regarding food and drinks. It’s a pity, since the place is not cheap at all.

Beautiful location!!! Quiet, peaceful, and you can invasion yourself being in any cowboy movie when you are standing by the river looking at the gorgeous red cliffs.

While the hotel location is beautiful, I was extremely disappointed with their service. It started with getting a room that literally smelled of sewage and had a piercing sound coming from the AC. They were nice and changed our room after speaking with the front desk but they shouldn’t even be giving those rooms out IMO. I stupidly left clothing in a drawer and called 7 hours after check out to let them know. They told me they would call me back first thing in the morning with an update. Never heard from them. Called them in the early afternoon and again they said they would call me back. Never heard from them. 3rd time I called them since never hearing back, they still had no info. I had to call back 45 mins later (4th time) and of course they said the clothes weren’t there. There is literally no other place they could have been. I stayed at that hotel and that hotel alone. I know I am the idiot that left stuff behind but it being a small hotel and having realized the same day I left, I would have expected my items to be recovered. The pool is murky and not kept up with missing tiles. It would be nice if they had staff around to check on the pool and clean it every once in awhile. Since the check in area is under renovation there is no formal place for dinner and given its location it is a bit of a pain to go into town but it’s an absolutely stunning location so worth it in that respect. The location is stunning.
