They gave us a free room upgrade upon arrival which was nice of them. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room was very clean. Free ice and laundry. The bathroom was also clean and provided shampoo and conditioner and hand soap. The shower was nice and gave plenty of hot water for 2 medium length showers.

Stacy at the front desk was extremely helpful! She told my girlfriend and I a couple things to do on a rainy day. Free coffee, free laundry, and steps away from dozens of restaurants. The rooms are clean! TVs are a little outdated so bring a ROKU!

All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Outstanding location and a good value. The room was clean. I am looking forward to visiting again. The folks were mountain bike friendly with a cleaning station and no problems keeping my bike in my room.

We love staying at the Bowen luxury house. We love the five bedrooms and five bathrooms. It’s big and roomy and lots of parking or all of our trucks and trailers and it’s centrally located in the city and is close to everything.

I have no respect for a hotel that takes my money when I didn't even stay here. I made an honest mistake with expedia reservation and they care only about the money they make than their own future guests. To rip a single mom off with 3 kids around the holidays is messed up. I would never recommend this dump or stay here
