I stayed at the Kelly Inn in West Yellowstone and couldn’t have been more impressed. From the moment I arrived, Dee at the reception made me feel welcomed and at home. Her warm, friendly attitude and helpful recommendations truly set the tone for a wonderful stay. Steve was also fantastic, going above and beyond to ensure everything was just right. The hotel itself is spotless, well-maintained, and perfectly located for exploring Yellowstone. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, and I loved the cozy ambiance. Thank you, Dee and Steve, for making my stay so memorable. I can’t wait to return!

They screwed up our Booking.com reservation initially (claimed I had two reservations when I only had one), and assigned us initially to a room that looked like it was shut down or closed up for the Winter. When I went back to the Front Desk they re-assigned me to a ‘working’ room but offered no apology or ‘sorry about that’ at all - which I thought was a little weird. But once over these two early snafus the hotel was good, rooms are a little dated but clean - breakfast was included but unremarkable with not a lot of options. Front Desk personnel after our initial encounter were helpful. This hotel Is well-situated in the town, to the Park, and is a good value for the money

Great Hotel. Location to West Gate of Yellowstone National Park is close. Room was cozy. Breakfast was very good every morning. Staff was good and helpful. I also liked location as it was close to Grizzly and Wolf Center and near restaurants in West Yellowstone.

The hotel was good as was the breakfast. The staff was not nice at the front desk and never bothered to ask how our stay was. When we checked in the woman assisting us was not nice and rude. If the staff would have been more friendly I would have given them a higher rating. Customer service has become a dead art and needs to be brought back.
