Ignore the bad reviews. This place was great! My two boys had a blast. The arcade was fun, bowling was great. We ate at the Pub, had fish and chips, so delicious! The outdoor pool was closed for cleaning, but we enjoyed the outdoor hot tub! We didn't use the indoor hot tub or pool, but they were open and looked great. We also enjoyed the outdoor games. Husband said the gym was great too. Everything was clean, everyone was very nice. I'd absolutely go back! Oh, and enjoyed the complimentary adult beverage at check in! Thanks for the great memories!

The staff was very friendly and it's a clean place. The room was definitely a dated layout and the bathroom was incredibly small for two people. The updated decor was nice in the room. The biggest downfall is the food service. Do not get the breakfast buffet. Just leave the property and go to another option in town. The old steam table left items cold and pancakes dried out.

This hotel was not good. I went with my family of four and we odored a room with a king size bed and bunk beds. We did not get the desired room and no further notice. The staff was kind (sort of) and the hotel was generally loud. This whole hotel displays poor management and I should have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express down the street because I would have gotten a lot better service there.

Fantastic stay and choice, very close to the south rim lots of amenities in Tusayan, the resort is fantastic we believe it had 3 pools a movie theatre in 1 of the pool areas for the kids. a full pool side bar and we don't drink but is very accommodating with non alcohol drinks. Very family friendly, live music while we were there by the pool. Games room and everything else we needed. Great rooms by the way. The staff was outstanding.

Very nice resort with a game room and gorgeous poolside. Decent food at the pub inside. I spent a day here with some coworkers and I really enjoy it here. They offer a nice fitness center and a watchtower bar. I definitely recommend a stay here if you’re in town to visit the Grand Canyon.
