Nathan is an outstanding bartender! From the moment I sat down, he made me feel welcome with his friendly personality and great energy. He’s knowledgeable about the menu, gave excellent recommendations, and crafted our drinks perfectly—balanced, creative, and exactly what we were looking for. What really stood out was his attentiveness; he checked in just the right amount without ever making me feel rushed. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does, and it makes the whole experience that much better. If you’re at the bar, definitely ask for Nathan—you won’t be disappointed!

We stayed a night at the Parramatta Holiday Inn this week and were very happy with the experience. Lauren on reception welcomed us and efficiently got us into our room. And the location is very convenient, close to transport and shops.

Up to expectations, delivers s club hotel atmosphere. The only surprising thing was that some staff only spoke Spanish while the customers are mainly tourists.

The hype on this one is a little exaggerated online. It was nice, don't get me wrong. Pool areas were great. Arcade area was a hit with kids. Not sure I saw the nighttime smores, or "boxed lunches" for purchase, and the ice cream cooler on the outdoor area wasn't stocked at all which was a disappointment to every kid who went thinking they were finding some ice cream favorites. The food onsite was "mediocre" but the amenities made up for it I guess. Rooms were nice. Clean and staff was friendly. Would probably stay here again if at the GC.

Perfect location only minutes away from the Grand Canyon. Clean, large rooms. Unfortunately the outdoor pool was closed for maintenance. 4 restaurants, shop, foodstore. Many restaurants closeby. Hotel bit overpriced. Wildlife encounters closeby. Deer roam around the hotel.
