10 minutes from the Grand Canyon National park entrance. Clean, hospitable, friendly staff and free breakfast. The lady at the breakfast made us feel right at home. Reasonable value compared to other stays nearby. Walking distance to restaurants
Wonderful stay! Hotel was clean, comfortable, and very close to the Grand Canyon and the Papillon helicopter airport!

Our hotel stay here was wonderful, especially the kitchen staff worker, Imelda, who went above and beyond to ensure every one had an enjoyable breakfast. She even made the pancakes and brought them to our tables, and she graciously asked if we needed more juice or anything else. My husband is a Diamond Elite member and he has never experienced such wonderful service! Our room and bed were clean and comfortable! We would highly recommend staying at this Holiday Inn Express!

The hotel is dark and gloomy. The pictures online do not accurately represent the hotel. We also found a bed bug in the bed and when we went to checkout the staff did not say much besides for "we understand why you will not be staying the night. Would NOT recommend.

We stayed in the adults only building of the Holiday Inn for two nights. It was a great stay! It was close enough to the Grand Canyon that we went to the hotel after hiking, then drove back to the Grand Canyon for a ranger led night sky presentation! Our one regret was not bringing our swimsuits to be able to spend time in the therapy hot tub!

Check in was quick and friendly. We were offered an upgrade to a King suite in a different building but since we were traveling with friends that were not offered the same upgrade we opted to just keep our 2 queen room in the main building. The room was clean and fresh smelling, the pillow was very good and the AC quiet. Breakfast was unbelievable! There were people everywhere helping guests get food, coffee and cleaning tables. I have never seen such a well run breakfast area in any hotel! The rooms are expensive but understandable given the location and the competition. If we find ourselves back in the area we would give serious consideration to staying here again.
