THE WORST!!!

We also found a bed bug in the bed and when we went to checkout the staff did not say much besides for "we understand why you will not be staying the night. Would NOT recommend.

It was close enough to the Grand Canyon that we went to the hotel after hiking, then drove back to the Grand Canyon for a ranger led night sky presentation! Our one regret was not bringing our swimsuits to be able to spend time in the therapy hot tub!
Very nice hotel

We were offered an upgrade to a King suite in a different building but since we were traveling with friends that were not offered the same upgrade we opted to just keep our 2 queen room in the main building.
The room was clean and fresh smelling, the pillow was very good and the AC quiet. Breakfast was unbelievable! There were people everywhere helping guests get food, coffee and cleaning tables. I have never seen such a well run breakfast area in any hotel!
The rooms are expensive but understandable given the location and the competition. If we find ourselves back in the area we would give serious consideration to staying here again.

When we arrived, we were quickly checked in by a very nice young lady. We went to our room, which was a king suite that was located in the adult building. Parking was generous with the number of spaces they had and we had no difficulty finding parking. The main building had a breakfast room and a swimming pool, and the adult building had a hot tub and a breakfast room. We ate in the breakfast room the adult building and found that the hot breakfast there met our needs. I found it interesting that they had freshly made cinnamon rolls for breakfast. I’m on a low sugar diet and didn’t eat any, but they did looked delicious. I smelled them all the way down the hallway. To check out in the building, all we had to do was call them and leave the keys in a box in the building we stayed in. The hotel is apparently well managed. We found everything in order and well maintained. Based upon the amenities and the quality of the hotel, I give it five stars
Nice hotel

Very nice and spacious room with two queen beds, nice bathroom, and a wonderful breakfast included in the price. There was parking, tbe staff was very polite and it was literally five minutes from the South Rim station entrance.
