Stayed here for a few nights while we explored Zion National Park. The location was perfect for this being close to the entrance. Check in was easy and quick. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean and ready when we checked in. Comfy beds and best pillows we found on our trip. Complimentary breakfast was tasty and had a good variety to choose from. Overall, this is an excellent property and would stay here again.

This is an outstanding hotel & our go-to in Zion / Springdale the last 4 visits. Location is great, an easy walk to the park entrance & also close to restaurants & shoppes. Breakfast includes a wide variety including excellent protein & fruit. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful & efficient - the sign of well managed hotel. Rooms are spacious & very clean. It’s a fairly new hotel so everything is still fresh & bright. We enjoyed our balcony & pool after a day of hiking. We also did laundry conveniently located next to the pool. While the rate may seem high, when you check other hotels it’s similar/ competitive and with more amenities. And as a member of BW Rewards, it’s a great place to use points or make points. Thanks for another great stay, we will definitely return! Hope this helps other travelers!

We had an excellent experience staying at the Best Western Plus in Springdale! The Zion NP shuttle stops right across the street, making it a perfect location to access the park easily. The architecture and design was very stylish and nice, and the view from our room was amazing. The hotel was super clean, there were lots of great breakfast options, and the customer service was wonderful. Overall, I highly recommend staying here for its amazing location, cleanliness, and great views all for a very reasonable price point.

This is a very nice property. The beds were very comfortable and the room spacious. The breakfast was average and I loved the rain shower in our room. However the toilets were very low to the ground and the parking is very tight. There are four separate buildings and depending which one you stay in you might have a longer walk with your luggage cart because there aren't as many accessible curbs where you can wheel the cart up and down. It was a beautiful view and the pool was very nice. The staff very friendly and attentive and everything was very clean so I would definitely recommend this hotel

The hotel was in a great location, as pretty much all the other hotels. It has a shuttle stop for touring Zion. The pool area was great, perfect if you have little kids. The breakfast was good. The rooms are amazing as always, the BW Plus really has a good grip on this over other hotels. Spacious, updated, big closet, high ceilings, great blinds for the sun. Since we pay a pet fee per night, I wish we could get bowls and a mat for our dog. It seems simple enough? I really appreciated the ease of check-in with the app and communicating if we wanted housekeeping or needed something through messaging. Plenty of space to take your dog out, too. The pool is open until 10 p.m.!
