3rd stay here

This was my third time here and enjoyed my stay. The rooms are large and beds comfortable. The staff at check-in made me feel welcome, really all of the staff that I encountered were very friendly and helpful. I recently stayed in NYC where hotel staff acted like I was bothering them every time I asked a question. This is a family-oriented property, they even set up a little area for Halloween trick or treating and had a costume contest for children staying there. Family-oriented may be good or bad depending on your situation. I found all the children running around the hallways and outside my room's window a little annoying, but not so much I wouldn't stay here again after all this was my third stay. The breakfast was..... well I tried 3 mornings, one morning was better than the other two. They should focus on their quality fresh scrambled eggs instead of those bizarre half-circle frozen omelettes. Plenty of parking, easy to get around the property. Recycling station near the breakfast area is a clever addition to the property. Be sure to note the turn off of the main highway to the frontage road for the hotel, its easy to miss it

We have stayed here each December for the last several years. In the past I would email for rates and would immediately receive an answer and call to book. Now, I’ve emailed several times, I’ve sent their website contact form twice, and have called many, many times (line is busy. Busy? How many businesses do you get a busy signal?). They’ve lost our biz to a competitor.

Very nice, confortable and close to entrance of Arches park

Typical motel but very nice. It is private and therefore has a more personalized and better appearance than those of chain hotels. The swimming pool was beautiful and we couldn't use it as we arrived late. Very good breakfast offering, better than any chain hotel. Comfortable beds. Spotlessly clean and friendly, helpful staff. Good restaurants nearby.

Our family of 4 stayed at Aarchway Inn for 3 nights in Aug 2024 while visiting Arches and Canyonlands parks. The room was clean, neat, and comfortable. Mattresses were average. Blackout curtains were very good and kept us in complete dark in the mornings. Bathroom was good and clean. Breakfast had full selection of cold and hot items. Check-in/check-out were quick and smooth. The room housekeeping was done daily which was nice. We also enjoyed the pool. Aarchway Inn is located on the edge of Moab, just 8 min from Arches National Park and on the way to Canyonlands. This was very convenient and helped as we tried to enter Arches park as early as possible. We had a good stay overall and found this hotel to be a great value. We can certainly recommend it!
