Booked a king suite for Aug 29 to Sept 1. Arrived and pushed us to an ADA double. Sticky floors and sulfur smell when you walk in the room. Floors were sticky. . The front desk claims there is a nearby sulfur pond causing the odor but did not smell anywhere else on the property.
Nightmare - DONT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!

Nightmare. Worst customer service- cold and sterile environment- thin walls resulting in very loud neighbors - overpriced-

Great location. Staff was friendly. Excellent complimentary Breakfast. Kids love the pool table and games in the lobby. Could have had more! But it was great. Pool hours were good. Would definitely stay here again.

Items stolen from the room during our stay, contacted hotel front desk and was told they would add item to lost and found even though their staff were only ones to enter the room. Wasn’t an expensive item but enough to annoy. I would expect more from the hotel.
Top notch staff for the breakfast operation.

Kitchen staff does a great job. Particular kudos to Patti. Food is always refreshed the area is clean, despite high volume of guests and kids.
