The hospitality here is amazing! My family and I liked the hotel so much that we decided to spend a third night here! Cassandra, the manager, we very kind to us along with Christina and Philip. Jenny, the housekeeping supervisor was so helpful and kind! Breakfast was delicious, the hot cider was awesome after a day of hiking! Oh, and the homemade cookies!! If we make it back to Glacier, we will be staying here!

Marlene Allen and the rest of the staff made my tour group of eleven people feel so welcome from the moment we arrived until the day we departed. No request went without a positive response and follow-up. The hotel is located within easy walking distance of several restaurants in town as well. We will be staying there again.

After a full day at Glacier National Park, we appreciated the nicely appointed guest rooms. Breakfast is included in the rate and was more than adequate. It is about 30 minutes from the Apgar Entrance. Be aware that Red Bus tour pick ups at St. Mary Lodge are two hours away.

After a long day exploring the majestic park, it was nice to be greeted by very professional, helpful staff. Coffee, tea, cider and cookies are provided in the lobby. Check in was easy and fast. There is a nice pool hot tub and outdoor area in the back. The hotel is convenient to local restaurants and roads. Those are the pluses! There is nothing wrong with the hotel however it was perfectly described in another review as similar to a best western! It is not upscale in any way in spite of the price. Although relatively new, the entire place feels tired and lacks any atmosphere or charm. The rooms are comfortable and clean but the furniture and decor is bland, very outdated, and unappealing. The amenities are very minimal. The “view” side is of the hills but overlooks the vast parking lot. It is an adequate accommodation. Just do not expect the equivalent of some of the wonderful, charming places you can stay in some of our other national parks. But you are paying too much for what it is….

Decent mid-range-type hotel

Good location near restaurants and the Park, and just decent mid-range-type hotel. Basic rooms (beds a little squeaky), but offered a pool and fire pit. Basic buffet breakfast. It's like a decent Best Western.
