There is a three-night minimum requirement when renting the Deluxe Chalet. Reservation Policy

 All reservations require a 50% deposit at the time the reservation is made. The remaining 50% will automatically be billed to the credit card on file at the time of cancellation cutoff. * Note: If only reserving for one night or reserving within the cancellation period, the full amount is due at the time of booking. 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will result in a full refund minus a $25.00 administrative fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of the confirmed arrival date, regardless of the reason, will result in the forfeiture of the total amount of the reservation. *Note: If reserving the Deluxe Chalet or more than one chalet, there is a 60-day cancellation policy with the same conditions imposed. If reserving for a wedding, reunion or some other common event, there is a 90-day cancellation policy with the same conditions imposed.
